a magical (and somewhat true) bedtime story.
once upon a time I was cat cuddling.
and I met the sweetest and fluffiest Maine Coon Cat.
his name is Simon.
we bonded and I thought about taking him home to be my very own.
but I already have 3 sweeties.
I was sad because I love Maine Coons.
then a friend of mine told me he met a Maine Coon who looked like my Biff.
this made me very excited.
could Biff be one of these magical creatures?!
I read and read and read about Maine Coon Cats.
and found out Biff is part Maine Coon and part Panda.
and Muffin is part Maine Coon and part Alpaca.
how wonderful to have 2 Maine Coons in my life!
now I'm getting sleepy.
p.s. they lived happily ever after.

who's your paddy?
I know a lot of Irish people live in Boston. is St. Patrick's Day as big of a deal in other parts of the country? idk.
I just looked up "St. Patrick's Day" on wikipedia. the first St. Patrick's Day parade was held in Boston in 1761. but the first "recorded" St. Patrick's Day parade was in NYC in 1762... if wikipedia knows the first parade was in Boston a year earlier then how is that not recorded?
just food for thought.
so SPD is the national holiday of Ireland. as pretty much the only non-Irish person in Boston, I'm wondering why don't we celebrate Święto Państwowe (the national holiday of Poland)?
very interesting, Ameryka.
you may think that the picture below is of Ireland.
...it's Poland!
